The widget shows the old number. How do I refresh it?
iOS decides when to refresh widgets and sometimes lags. The counter updates within a few minutes. If it's stuck: long-press the widget → Remove → re-add it. That forces a fresh render.
I tapped the widget by accident. Can I undo?
Open the app within ~5 seconds and you'll see an Undo toast. Tap it to restore the previous count and date. In v1, the undo only appears in-app — if you tap the widget by mistake and don't open the app, the reset stands. Sorry. Working on a fix for v1.1.
The Unsplash photo didn't load for my event.
The widget falls back to a blurred colour from the photo's "blurhash" if the full image hasn't downloaded yet. Open the app, tap the event, and the photo will cache. Widgets will pick it up on their next refresh.
My reminders aren't firing.
Check iOS Settings → Notifications → LastTap → Allow Notifications. Reminders are scheduled locally on your device, so if notifications are off, nothing fires.
How do I delete all my data?
Delete the app. All events, photos, and counts are stored only on your device, so removing the app erases everything. No server, no account, nothing to clean up.
I want a refund.
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple, not by us. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, find your LastTap purchase, and request a refund. We don't have access to your payment info and can't process refunds directly.
I paid on my old iPhone. How do I restore on my new one?
Open LastTap → Settings → tap Restore purchase. As long as you're signed in with the same Apple ID that made the original purchase, your unlock will come back. No account needed on our end.
Can I sync across devices?
Not in v1. LastTap is currently device-local only. iCloud sync is on the roadmap, but we want to see real demand before building it.
